Saturday, October 7th Dinner-Concert-Dance Tickets are now on sale through September 28th for $55.   
​Additional a la carte tickets go on sale on September 27th!
Our registration platform this year is Eventbrite.
Registration is currently open for full-weekend tickets.  A la carte tickets will be available 1-2 weeks prior to the event, depending on availability.  

Meals:  Full weekend dance tickets include heavy continental breakfasts on Saturday & Sunday mornings and Saturday evening dinner, catered by Sun Belly Café.  Snacks and leftovers will be set out during dance breaks as well.  For the catered dinner, meat and vegan options are available.  All options are gluten free. The dinner will feature lasagna, served with sides of steamed buttery broccoli, maple glazed carrots, salad, and bread with herb butter.

2023 Pricing for full-weekend tickets
  • Adults: $155
  • Students $80 (proof of student ID required)
  • Children ages 6-17 $65
  • Children 5 and under - Free
  • Cabin spots: $140 per person for 3 nights (Friday-Monday)
  • Scholarships $45 plus dance deposit (for more information about scholarships, click HERE)
  • ​Non-dancers ages 6 and up $55​​​​
A la carte Tickets now available:
  • Friday night: 7:15pm-11pm - $30
  • Saturday 11:am-2pm, 2:30pm-4pm (dance+workshops) - $30
  • Saturday night 7pm-11pm (dance only) - $30
  • Sunday 11am-2pm: $30
Registration Policies
  • ​​There will be no walk-in registrations, only online pre-orders accepted. 
  • REFUNDS: Registration refunds (less $25) granted before 9/1. No refunds after 9/1.  *Cabin Spaces will be refunded ONLY if they can be resold.  
  • CANCELLATIONS: Contact  Jenn Davis if you need to cancel. No refunds after 9/1; however, you are allowed to sell your ticket to another same-gender dancer BUT only after contacting Jenn.

COVID Policy/Wellness Policy
We want to have a healthy and safe dance.  Please follow the precautions below:
  • Please take a home Antigen COVID test the morning of the event, prior to your arrival.
  • Masks are optional.  
  • Cancel / do not attend if you have had any COVID, or other communicable disease symptoms, or if you have come into contact with a positive case within the past 10 days.  
  • Please leave immediately if you begin to have symptoms during the event and inform the organizers. 
  • Moondance will issue pro-rated refunds to attendees who leave due to suspected illness or for those that cannot attend due to exposure or illness.
