Signing up for the full weekend maximizes your fun and your value.
Registration fee includes dancing & meals as described: $155; $80 for students; $65 for children ages 6-17. $55 for Non-dancers ages 6 and above (meals only). FREE for children under 5.
Cabin fees: $140 per person for 3 nights (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) refunded only if your space is filled.
T-shirts: We hope to take t-shirt orders on site and mail them once they are ready. Stay tuned for more details.
Registrations will be accepted in order of on-line completion.
Student Registrations: a limited number of female & male student registrations will be available at the discounted price. Student registrations will require a copy of your student ID (electronic or hard copy) in order to finalize your registration.
Scholarships - There are a limited number of need-based scholarships available. To apply, select the appropriate Scholarship ticket on the registration site. REFUNDS: Registration refunds (less $25) granted before 9/1. No refunds after 9/1. *Cabin Spaces will be refunded ONLY if they can be resold.
CANCELLATIONS: Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or Jenn Davis if you need to cancel. No refunds after 9/1; however, you are allowed to sell your ticket to another same-gender dancer BUT only after contacting Jenn or Theresa.
Cabins - Cabin space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To register for a cabin purchase a cabin space (1/2 double bed) ticket for each person.
NOTE: You may purchase 2 bed spaces if you do not wish to share a bed with someone else.
Cabins have heat/AC, kitchen & bathrooms; linens, only 1 private room, and most HAVE DOUBLE BEDS & SLEEPER SOFAS ONLY. You will be sharing a bed. First-come, first-served on cabin room arrangements.
Cost: $140 per person covers your stay Fri. 4:30pm through Mon. 10:00am - Three (3) nights.
To share a cabin or a double bed, please indicate who you would like to share a bed and/or cabin with on your cabin registration form. Note: We will try our best to accommodate your preferences, but no guarantees. Double beds reserved for two people unless you purchased two bed spots for yourself.
Please Note: If you do not have a partner or friend named on the form for sharing a bed or purchase 2 bed spaces for yourself, you must be willing to share with a same-gender person if you do not provide a name for sharing the bed.
COVID & MONKEYPOX POLICY The following protocols are required in order to make Moondance as safe as possible for all of us: Please be prepared to show proof at on-site registration of receiving the full initial series of COVID-19 vaccinations AND ONE of the following:
Applicable booster(s) received
Proof of a negative PCR test within 24-72 hours of arrival.
Cancel / do not attend if you have had any COVID, monkeypox, or other communicable disease symptoms, or if you have come into contact with a positive case within the past 10 days.
Everyone: PCR or Home Antigen COVID testing priorto your arrival is encouraged (but not required).
Masks are optional.
Please wash your hands and / or use hand sanitizer frequently throughout the weekend.
Please leave immediately if you begin to have symptoms during the event and inform the organizers. Moondance will issue prorated refunds to attendees who leave due to suspected illness.
We also recommend that you limit exposure during the week prior to Moondance (ie. restaurant dining indoors, indoor events without masks, etc.)
We know you care about the health of your dancing friends and depend on you to honor our COVID policy.
While registering through Eventbrite, you will check a box that you agree to provide proof at onsite registration check-in for admittance to the dance.

Volunteers - Please complete the volunteer section of the registration. You are needed for Thursday night set-up! If you can help, please indicate Thursday Setup on your registration. We rely on volunteers like YOU to help make Moondance the fabulous weekend it is! Questions? Contact Jenn Davis.
Food & Meals - Bring a prepared dish with serving spoon for potluck Friday night. There are no cooking facilities available at the Pinnacle Pavilion. Lunches are not provided, but Continental breakfasts each morning are yummy and hearty. Fruit snacks are available during dances. A catered dinner will be served Saturday evening. Bring your favorite coffee mug for coffee or tea and water bottle for water. Note: There are very few restaurants in the area.
Cookies - Please bring 1 dozen homemade cookies for Sat. night break. *Please clearly label gluten-free cookies.
Gate Fee - Don't pay the fee at the gate; you will receive a parking pass at registration.
