Signing up for the full weekend maximizes your fun and your value. Walk-ins and a la carte pricing will be higher and only available if advanced full-weekend tickets are not sold out. Tickets are limited.
Registration fee includes dancing & meals as described: $135 for adults; $70 for students; $55 for children ages 6-17. $40 for Non-dancers ages 6 and above (meals only). FREE for children under 5.

Registrations will be recorded in order of on-line completion. The first 145 male and the first 145 female registrations will be accepted.
Student Registrations: a limited number of female & male student registrations will be available at the discounted price. Student registrations will require a copy of your student ID (electronic or hard copy) in order to finalize your registration.
Scholarships - There are a limited number of need-based scholarships available. To apply, select the appropriate Scholarship ticket on the registration site. REFUNDS: Registration refunds (less $25) granted before 8/1. No refunds after 8/1. *Cabin Spaces will be refunded ONLY if they can be resold.
CANCELLATIONS: Contact Theresa Pizzuto if you need to cancel. No refunds after 8/1; however, you are allowed to sell your ticket to another same-gender dancer BUT only after contacting Marty.
Cabins - Cabin space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To register for a cabin purchase a cabin space ticket for each person.
Cabins have heat/AC, kitchen & bathrooms; linens, only 1 private room, and most HAVE DOUBLE BEDS & SLEEPER SOFAS ONLY. You will be sharing a bed. First-come, first-served on cabin room arrangements.
Cost: $105 per person covers your stay Fri. 4:30pm through Sun. 10:00am - (3) nights.
To share a cabin or a double bed, please indicate who you would like to share a bed and/or cabin with on your cabin registration form. Note: We will try our best to accommodate your preferences, but no guarantees. Double beds reserved for two people; you must be willing to share with a same-gender person if you do not provide a name for sharing the bed.

Volunteers - Please complete the volunteer section of the registration. You are needed for Thursday night set-up! If you can help, please indicate Thursday Setup on your registration. Food & Meals - Bring a prepared dish with serving spoon for potluck Friday night. There are no cooking facilities available at the Pinnacle Pavilion. Lunches are not provided, but Continental breakfasts each morning are yummy and hearty. Fruit snacks are available during dances. A catered dinner will be served Saturday evening. Bring your favorite coffee mug for coffee or tea and water bottle for water. Note: There are very few restaurants in the area.
Cookies - Please bring 1 dozen homemade cookies for Sat. night break. *Please clearly label gluten-free cookies.
Kids - No childcare will be provided but children's activities will be available. Please indicate during registration if you and your child will be participating.
Gate Fee - Don't pay the fee at the gate; you will receive a parking pass at registration.
